With online access to EMS, your
entire organization can have access to the support systems
it needs to manage their chemicals and waste, to monitor and
support tasks and projects, and to meet Right-to-know
requirements and environmental compliance.
EMS’s powerful Task Management tool allows users to create
projects with task lists that support both one time and
periodic events. Users may tailor the execution plan of
tasks to their own specific needs.
The EMS Audit/Inspection tool supports an ongoing and
thorough Environmental Health and Safety program. It comes
with a number of EPA recommended EMS Inspection Checklists
and has tool to create your own checklists. A PDA is used to
answer questionnaires in field inspections. Once an
inspection has been completed, it can be uploaded into the
EMS system where the answers are linked to a task management
program for follow up.
The Human Resources module of EMS tracks employee training
and certification records, and manages use and handling
information and industrial hygiene monitoring. It creates
incident/accident and OSHA reports.
