Resources/Safety Management Module

The Human
Resources/Safety Management Module interfaces with and
supports the Inventory and Waste modules. It manages all
data related to the employee, including personal and medical
information, incidents/accidents, training requirements and
training completed, as well as safety procedures and IH
testing data. Security features protect confidential
employee information.
Employee training requirements and status can be monitored
according to job function/responsibility, and retraining
dates are automatically calculated. Notification of
training/retraining requirements and available
classes/courses can be automatically sent to supervisors and
personnel. Employee training certificates can be scanned and
maintained as images.
This module tracks the results of safety testing for both
employees and locations. It records information on spills,
injuries, and substances involved in an incident, and
generates the OSHA 200 and 5020 accident logs.
The Human Resources/Safety Management module is available
as an individual module or as part of the complete EMS
package.
