These interfaces allows all users to log onto EMS on the
organizational Intranet or a Chemical Safety-hosted
application with only a Web browser. Security is addressed
at the application and the database level, in accordance
with your internal security requirements.
With a simple, user-friendly search interface, users can see
records, add records, update entries, transfer materials or
waste, view MSDS's, manage their own inventories, look for
chemicals on-site, request hazardous waste pick up, and many
more everyday functions.
The Web Managers are specifically designed to meet the needs
of users who do not need the detailed regulatory data
required by the EH&S staff. This allows the Web User
Interface to be simple, quick and user-friendly.
The Web Management tools access the same databases as the
complete EMS application, ensuring all users across the
organization see the same accurate, up-to-date information,
and eliminating duplication of data entry and effort.
Online Inventory Manager
This tool gives an unlimited number of users access to
critical chemical information, allowing them to look up
chemicals available or stored on site, request these
chemicals or report changes in the container location or
status.
When there are many chemical users or many chemicals
on-site, it is a chore for the EH&S, purchasing or
facilities department to maintain good records of what
chemicals are on site, where they are, how much there is,
and who is responsible for them. With EMS Web Managers, it
becomes a simple task for users to participate in the

Online MSDS Manager
EMS Online Manager for MSDS's meets your right-to-know
obligations by making your most up-to-date and accurate
MSDS's available electronically to all users. MSDS's can be
available online with the click of an icon. Look up one or
more MSDS based on chemical name, location, manufacturer or
other data.
Online Waste Manager
This tool allows users to report waste items, transfer them
to accumulation areas or drums, build manifests by adding
items, request waste pick-up , print manifests, DOT labels
and other documentation. This is the right tool for those
creating or handling hazardous waste on a regular daily
basis.
