CA AB2286 Takes Effect in January 2009
Following the passage of California Assembly Bill 2286, new electronic reporting requirements will be rolled out starting January 1, 2009. The bill requires the electronic submittal of Title 27 data. Chemical Safety Software, an early supporter and leading consultant to the Unidocs program, provides the tools necessary to generate and submit inventory reports electronically.
Many member agencies already require electronic submittal, including Alameda, Contra Costa and Santa Clara counties – and the cities of Mountain View, Palo Alto, San Jose and Santa Rosa.
