Project
Management
|
Chemical Safety assembles a project team that meets with our
clients' management and technical groups to explore business
processes, corporate requirements, systems environment, and
to develop strategies that best meet the demands for optimal
functionality and effective implementation.
During meetings with management, lines of communication are
established, deliverables and timelines are examined and
finalized, a rollout plan is developed and ongoing support
structures are set up.
With end-users, operational requirements are outlined,
business processes are studied and ways to integrate EMS
into these current systems and/or improve the flow of work
with the use of EMS are discussed and planned.
With the technical team, internal and external systems
interfaces are discussed and approved, operating platforms
are evaluated and agreed upon, hardware requirements are
established and other equipment requirements are determined.
To ensure projects are handled with precision and speed, a
high-level leader oversees each one. Because scalability is
critical when working with the wide array of customers we
do, Chemical Safety has a strong alliances with a global
system integrator experienced with environmental technology
and project. Experienced, trained and dedicated project
managers help deliver EMS quickly and effectively. Chemical
Safety's best-practices methodology has successfully
supported implementation of EMS at customers in diverse
industries, at all corporate levels and around the globe.
