processes, cost efficiency requirements and technology
issues.
Our stellar
service and support make EMS truly stand out in the
Environmental Management industry. From implementing EMS,
customizing the program to fit with your processes,
interfacing with current business systems, vendors and
customers where required, to upgrading the technology,
updating the regulatory information, and training users and
administrators, Chemical Safety's professionals help you get
the most out of EMS from the first day forward.
Chemical
Safety has made the following provisions for ongoing
maintenance and technical support:
We will perform regular updates to the manual and on-line
Help information. Phone support is available from 8:00 a.m.
PST to 5:00 P.M. PST. The Help Desk will respond to calls
within one (1) working day, and will provide answers or
propose solutions, if possible. If further analysis is
required, the Help Desk may escalate the problem.
Troubleshooting
and error correction within a reasonable period of time are
provided. System maintenance and data correction utilities
as well as controlled tools for on-line access to user data
for problem assessment and correction are provided.
System upgrades
to improve the quality and efficiency of the EMS systems and
supporting documentation are provided under the Annual
Support Agreement. Updates may be sent on CD or they may be
downloaded from our FTP site. New releases of the EMS system
are scheduled on a regular basis.
A functional
specification or detailed description of program changes may
be submitted to Chemical Safety at any time. Chemical Safety
will respond with a proposal providing a description of how
the requirement will be met.
