Some of these reports show you what you HAVE--for example:  how many EHS Chemicals do you have on site, 

as well as what you DON'T have--for example:  CAS#s, MSDSs, or NFPA codes.  



Feel free to modify these reports as needed, or to clone any of them to create useful new reports.



To import them into your EMS:



Unzip the Zip file of the reports, and extract it to a folder on your computer.

Open EMS.

Click File/Management Reports

Click File/Reports/Import Reports

Click on the Report you wish to import, then click the "Open" button.

The new report will appear in your Management Reports list.





DATACHECK-EHS CHEMICALS

This report shows the Quantity in Pounds and Location of all EHS Chemicals in EMS.





DATACHECK-FIRE CODES, HAZARDS

This report shows you Fire Codes, DOT Hazard Class, and Hazard Labels for Chemicals in each Location.





DATACHECK-FLAMMABLE INVENTORY

This report shows the Quantity in Pounds, Container Size, and NFPA Flammable code for every chemical with an NFPA Flammable code of 3 or 4 and a Quantity > 0.



DATACHECK-INVENTORY NFPA CODES

This report shows the NFPA Flammable, Health, Reactive, Special, and Chronic information for all chemicals with Quantity > 0.





DATACHECK-PROP65 CHEMICALS

This report shows the Quantity in Pounds and Location of all Prop65 Chemicals in EMS with Quantity > 0.





DATACHECK-SARA313 CHEMICALS

This report shows the Quantity in Pounds and Location of all SARA313 Chemicals in EMS with Quantity > 0.





DATACHECK-MISSING CAS#

This report shows the MSDS records in EMS for Pure Chemicals which do not have a CAS# in EMS.





DATACHECK-MSDS WITH NO PDF ATTACHED

This reports shows MSDS records in the database (for inventory with Quantity > 0) that do not have an image file attached.
